Acceso Express service conditions

• Each Individual Express Access is single-use, valid for a specific date and hour. Express Access can be used from the indicated time up to 20 minutes after.
• Access to attractions will be through the designated “Express Access” entrance. Holders of Express Access must comply with the specific access conditions of each attraction, as well as the general usage rules of the attractions to be allowed entry. Non-refundable.
• Express Access prices depend on the chosen day of the visit.
• Before using Express Access, make sure you meet the safety restrictions of the attraction. Age limits, minimum height requirements, and a measuring device are located at the entrance of the attractions. This service can be used by people of all ages who meet the attraction restrictions and must be purchased for each person, including children under 3 years old.
• Isla Mágica reserves the right to cancel Express Access reservations at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If an attraction is closed for technical reasons, Express Access may be used at another time.
• Access to attractions will be through the designated Express Access entrance and, under no circumstances, will users enter the vehicles or transit areas until authorized by attraction staff.
• Individual Express Access and Pack 6 do not allow seat selection on attraction vehicles. Unlimited Express Access allows seat selection if available.
