Lockers
In the entrance area, before entering the park, we have lockers where you can comfortably and safely store your personal belongings (with cost). You can also find lockers in Agua Mágica (during the opening hours of the aquatic area) and next to the Anaconda Shop, inside the park.
Wheelchairs and Access for Disabled People
There is a free wheelchair service for persons with reduced mobility or who get easily tired. You can pick them up at “Atención al Visitante” (Visitor Service) after filling in a form and showing some personal ID.
Disabled people with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair can enter attractions via the exit lane. For other types of disability, please ask for information at “Atención al Visitante”.
Rental of Baby Carriages and Electric Vehicles
We have a rental service for single and double strollers for younger children, as well as electric scooters for adults. They can be rented at Visitor Services. You will be asked to provide official documentation, fill out a receipt, and pay a fee.
Lost Property
If you lose any personal belongings during your visit, please go to “Atención al Visitante” (Visitor Service). We will record your personal data so that if the item is found, it can be returned to you.
Wi-Fi Connection
You can connect to the Internet using our free Wi-Fi in El Fuerte and other areas of the park.
Atención al Visitante (Visitor Service)
Additionally, at the Atención al Visitante Office located at the park entrance, you will find the following services:
- Second-day ticket sale
- Public transport information
- Show programme
- Lost persons
- Season Pass sales office
Toilets
Distributed along the park there are 7 toilet areas open to the public: Entrance Area, El Desafío, El Fuerte (outside), Las Lianas, La Taberna, El Circo del Cóndor, and Come-Come. Additionally, some snack-bars and restaurants have toilets inside: La Venta del Puerto, El Cañón, and El Fuerte.
Drinking Water Fountains
Drinking water fountains are available in all the toilets.
Smoking Areas
Throughout the park, you will find 5 smoking areas duly signposted and equipped with ashtrays. Smoking is prohibited outside these areas.
First Aid
There are First Aid services in the Puerta de América area, next to the playground area, and in Agua Mágica, next to the Tiendita Maya. In case of emergency, please go there or inform the park’s staff to receive first aid care.
Car Park
During your stay in the park, you can leave your vehicle in one of our car parks, which are open from half an hour before the park opens until half an hour after it closes:
- General: Located on Calle Juan Bautista Muñoz, 400 meters from the entrance, for €6.90 (€7.90 if purchased in advance on the website).
- Bouquet: Located at the entrance to the park, just 50 meters from the entrance, for €12.90. Parking for cars only. Access for vans or motorhomes is not allowed here. Only available through the website.
The car park access ticket allows only one use during the day.
Photos
Photos at attractions: Photographic and video cameras and mobile phones cannot be used in the attractions in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride. If you want to have a memento of your rides, use our instant photo service. You can see your photo at the exit of each attraction and get it printed in different formats or receive it via Internet.
Fotopass: Download all the digital photos taken at Isla Mágica and Agua Mágica attractions with photo service and also those taken at different points in the theme park.
Pirate Experience: With this exclusive pack, boys and girls (ages 6 to 12) will be transformed for a day into real pirates with everything they need to live an unforgettable adventure: costume, professional makeup, pirate medal, souvenir photo and preferential seating in the show “El Motín”.
Enhance your visit
