The parking ticket is valid for a single entry, so reentry is not allowed. Online tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

The park is located near the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) of Isla de la Cartuja. Pay attention to traffic signs to identify the affected streets, in case your vehicle does not comply with the regulations. Don’t worry — access to Isla Mágica’s parking lots is not affected by this measure, and you can enter and exit freely.

The park offers priority access for people with reduced mobility and other disabilities. You can check the terms of use here. It is necessary for the person with reduced mobility to always be accompanied by someone who can assist them when getting on attractions, as our staff is not trained to provide this assistance.
