Rates

Isla Mágica has a reduced rate for visitors with a disability of 33% or more, which you can consult by clicking here. Please remember that this situation must be proven by documents issued by official bodies certifying disability status, in addition to a national identity card or equivalent.

Preferential Access Service

With regard to access to the park and attractions, we remind you that Isla Mágica offers a Preferential Access Service for visitors who:

  • Have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% with reduced mobility, or
  • Have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% with neurodevelopmental disorder related to the autistic spectrum, or
  • Have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 65%.

To access the services, on the day of their visit to the Park, the client or their legal representative must present their ID card and the Official Disabled Persons Card (33% or higher). Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept other types of supporting documentation, such as medical reports or photocopied, manipulated or photographed documents. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in order to guarantee a correct management of the service.

Isla Magica reserves the right to approve the provision of this service for visitors with special or exceptional circumstances not expressly mentioned in this section.

Similarly, this service may be temporarily suspended at all or some of the attractions for operational, safety or technical reasons, or for any other reason deemed necessary in Isla Mágica’s opinion.

Season Pass holders who are assigned PREFERENTIAL status will be required to present the physical pass at attractions and shows in order to benefit from such preference.

Family access

In order to improve the service provided to disabled visitors, there is the chance to enter some of our attractions for a family group in one single access (provided that the specific conditions of each attraction allow it).

This option is provided in: La Flota Mercante, Travesía, Anaconda, Navío Barbarroja, Tren del Potosí, Iguazú, Toneles, Balas, Dimensión 4, Rápidos del Orinoco and Zum Zum las Abejitas.

Such family group can comprise a maximum of 4 people (including the disabled person).

Preferential Access is limited to one access every 30 minutes to the same ride.

Conditions of use

1. Users of this service are not exempted from meeting the general conditions of use of attractions and the specific access requirements for each attraction.

 

2. The specific safety measures of each attraction will be applied to all users, and additionally, in certain attraction users must have the physical ability to grip with both hands and keep their back straight. For example, El Desafío, Anaconda, Las Llamas, Jaguar, Iguazú and Rápidos del Orinoco.

3. Season passes marked with “Acceso preferente” (preferential access) and the wrist band identifying this service are personal and non-transferable.

4. Identification wrist band are valid only on the day they are placed.

5. Attractions shall be entered through the exit lane and the operations staff shall be contacted, you can never enter the cars or their transit areas until you have been duly authorised.

6. Disabled visitors must identify themselves as authorised users of the preferential access service by means of the coloured wrist band, or in the case of Season Pass holders, by means of the “PREF” stamp on their Season Pass.

7. Joint access of a family group is possible in some attractions (La Flota Mercante, La Travesía, Anaconda, Navío Barbarroja, Tren del Potosí, Iguazú, los Toneles, Capitán Balas, Dimensión 4, Rápidos del Orinoco and Zum Zum las Abejitas). They must always go together with the disabled visitor and there is a maximum of 4 family members. Service subject to availability.

8. The capacity of each attraction, as far as passengers with reduced mobility is concerned, is very limited for security reasons. This will vary depending on the attraction and other operational circumstances. The staff operating the attraction will provide further information on this issue, as well as of any other of interest at the time of access. In all cases, remember that is mandatory that every disabled visitor must be accompanied by another person that can help him or her.

 

9. In the case of intellectually disabled persons, remember that is very important to ensure that the visitor has understood correctly all instructions for the safe use of the attraction, either directly or through the person assisting him or her.

10. La repetición en el uso de la atracción solo estará permitida en caso de baja afluencia de público, a juicio del personal de Isla Mágica.

11. Improper use of this service by the beneficiary may result in its cancellation. Isla Magica reserves the right to suspend the preferential access service for operational, safety or technical reasons or for any other Isla Magica may deem appropriate.

12. In the case of shows, preferential access will be granted to individuals with reduced mobility (PRM), individuals in wheelchairs, individuals with intellectual disabilities over 33%, and those with exceptional circumstances not expressly mentioned in this section. Please note that the claimed condition must be verified by the Visitor Service Office of Isla Mágica. Preferential access due to disability includes provision for a companion.

13. Use of this service implies accepting its conditions of use. Such conditions of use will be displayed in the Visitor Assistance office of Isla Magica theme park.

Visitas de grupos organizados

Las visitas de grupos organizados están formadas en parte por visitantes con discapacidad y por un número indeterminado de acompañantes, familiares o monitores.

Para obtener una accesibilidad más rápida y segura a las atracciones, es muy recomendable seguir las siguientes normas:

1. Al entrar al parque, y una vez obtenida la acreditación prevista en el Servicio de Acceso Preferente para visitantes discapacitados, acuda a la Oficina de Atención al Visitante, que se encuentra en la entrada principal del mismo. Aquí le podrán orientar y aconsejar sobre la oferta de atracciones, espectáculos, restauración, etc. que mejor se adapta a las condiciones de su grupo.

Además, le informarán sobre aspectos concretos de seguridad y procedimientos de acceso a las atracciones que le pueden ser de gran ayuda.

2. A la hora de disfrutar de las atracciones, divida el grupo principal (especialmente si supera los 10 miembros) en varios más pequeños, de forma que el grupo que desee entrar en una atracción al mismo tiempo sea lo más pequeño posible (máximo 8 personas).

3. Una vez en la atracción, sólo una persona (portavoz) debe entrar en la misma (por la puerta de salida) y ponerse en contacto con el personal de Isla Mágica para, una vez transmitidas las características del grupo, recibir las indicaciones sobre el procedimiento a seguir.

Recuerde que las condiciones de este procedimiento de embarque y desembarque de los vehículos podrá variar de una atracción a otra o de una fecha a otra en función de las condiciones operativas, técnicas o meteorológicas imperantes en cada momento.

4. Para acceder a la atracción se utilizará la puerta y vial de salida de las mismas (excepto Iguazú, posee acceso independiente) dirigiéndose a continuación al personal de la atracción. Estos accesos se encuentran debidamente señalizados.

5. Los visitantes deberán seguir las indicaciones del personal de la atracción, poniendo especial cuidado en la seguridad personal propia y evitando aglomeraciones o permanecer en zonas no autorizadas.

6. Las personas con discapacidad que permanezcan en espera o accedan a la atracción deben estar acompañadas como mínimo de una persona que les pueda asistir. El número máximo de acompañantes por cada persona discapacitada será determinado por Operación de Atracciones en función de las características de los preferentes y de la propia atracción. A mayor grado de discapacidad del preferente o mayor riesgo en el uso de la atracción, el número de acompañantes será mayor.

7. El número máximo de preferentes que podrán hacer uso de una atracción al mismo tiempo vendrá dado por las características de estos y por el nivel de riesgo de la atracción. Este número será decidido por el RG en coordinación con el OT de la atracción. A mayor discapacidad del preferente o mayor riesgo en el uso de la atracción, menor será el número de preferentes por ciclo.

8. Isla Mágica se reserva el derecho de anular el Servicio de Acceso Preferente por razones técnicas u operativas.

9. El uso de este servicio conlleva la aceptación de las normas incluidas en esta página y expuestas en la oficina de Atención al Visitante.
