• Online sales only: The Season Pass is only available through the website. Only people over 60 years old can purchase their pass at the ticket offices by scheduling an appointment in advance via phone 954 48 70 30.
• Physical pass: This year all Season Pass holders will have their pass in digital format. If for any reason you also want the physical format, you must request an appointment clicking here and you can pick it up at the Isla Mágica ticket offices.

Required documentation:

• It is necessary to provide documentation (ID card or family book) for all Passes at the time of collection, as well as color photographs of all holders if they were not submitted at the time of purchase.
• Person with disability: It is necessary to prove a minimum disability degree of 33% when collecting the Pass, including renewing customers.
• If a company or group discount was applied during purchase, it will be necessary to prove membership in said company or group at the time of collection. Otherwise, the price difference will be charged. Also applies to renewing customers.

Renewing Pass Holder:

• “Renewing” prices apply to those who held any category of Season Pass in 2024. It is essential to select this option correctly in the online store and enter the Pass number to apply the discounted price. If you mistakenly purchase a “New” Pass, the difference is non-refundable.

Category Upgrade:

• If you want to upgrade your pass category (from a lower to a higher category), you can change it at the Pass Office within 30 days of purchase by paying the difference between the two Pass types (+ €3 for physical card reprinting).

Age Groups for Rate Application:

• Children: 4-10 years old.
• General: 11-59 years old.
• Senior: 60 years and older.
• Free: 0-3 years old or children over 4 years who measure less than 1 meter while wearing shoes. The child must be measured at the Pass Office, and in this case, the pass can be purchased at the office.
• Free for children under 4 years old: Children aged 2 and 3, or under 1 meter in height, belonging to a direct family member with a Season Pass, will receive a free Season Pass, required for park access along with other pass holders. This free pass must be requested through the Isla Mágica website, together with the purchase of at least one paid Season Pass for a direct family member.
• Babies 1 year old or younger: Do not need a Season Pass to enter.
• The rate applied will correspond to the age as of April 5, 2025.
